Practical Support. Dignity Always.

Trust & accountability

Credibility is built through what we can show.

EOF’s public communication and programme delivery are guided by documented controls, careful evidence, and respect for the people we serve.

Verified claims

We publish facts and figures only when the underlying record can support them.

Data restraint

We ask for only what is needed and do not invite sensitive documents through public forms.

Consent and dignity

Identifiable stories or images require appropriate permission. Publicity is never a condition of assistance.

Non-partisan service

EOF is independent and does not use humanitarian support for political promotion or discrimination.

Financial controls

Receipts, authorisations, reconciliation, and trustee review support responsible use of resources.

Clear programme status

Current services are separated from future ambitions, so the public is not misled.

Documented standing

Legal registration is a starting point—not a substitute for accountability.

A note on historical activity

EOF’s founder carried out charitable activity before the foundation was formally established. Available historical material is retained with clear limitations. Attendance estimates from separate activities are not added together and presented as a count of unique beneficiaries.

EOF also avoids publishing a total historical cash or aid value where source records cannot support it. This protects the organisation and the public from a confident-looking but unreliable claim.
